Who should join the call from my team?
The ideal attendee is whoever owns the paid media decisions — founder, head of marketing, or the media buyer. If you have a creative director, bring them too. More than 3 people dilutes the session.
Does this lead to ongoing work?
Sometimes. About 40% of strategy sessions turn into retainer relationships. But there’s no pitch at the end of the call — just the work. If ongoing advisory makes sense, I’ll mention it. If not, you still leave with a full action plan.
What if I’m not running ads yet?
If you’re pre-launch, we can still do a lot of valuable work — competitive analysis, account architecture planning, creative strategy before spend. The session is flexible enough to meet you where you are.
Strategy sessions are non-refundable once we’ve met, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before without a fee. If I feel the session didn’t deliver value, I’ll make it right.
